Because Revlow exclusively sells non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (including downloadable eBooks and technical documentation), all sales are final once download access has been granted.

• Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you unintentionally purchase the identical digital product multiple times within a 24-hour window, we will gladly refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.

  • Defective or Corrupted Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically inaccessible and our support team cannot provide a functional replacement within 48 business hours, a full refund will be issued.

• Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the content.

  • Lack of required third-party software (such as standard PDF readers).
